This website is owned and operated by Proxima Camera Arts, a professional photography and video production studio based in Delhi, India. We offer creative services in the areas of e-commerce photography, product shoots, lifestyle visuals, food styling photography, architecture documentation, and video campaign production.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Proxima Camera Arts, unless otherwise stated.
 You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
• Use our work for commercial or promotional purposes without a valid license.

3. Use of Services

By hiring our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project briefs and expectations.
• Respect usage rights and deliverables as outlined in our proposal or contract.
• Not alter or misuse our content without permission.

4. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment.
• Final payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or invoice.
• Delays in payment may result in a delay in delivery or legal action.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot date may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permissions for locations, models, or products.
• Providing accurate product samples and brief.
• Ensuring presence of decision-makers during the shoot (when required).

7. Delivery & Revisions

• Standard delivery timelines will be communicated prior to the project.
• Revisions are allowed as per the scope discussed. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Raw files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

Proxima Camera Arts is not liable for:

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical failure).
• Client dissatisfaction due to unclear communication or changes after approval.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business data shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for project-related purposes.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
